So, I am a bit late of welcoming the new year on my blog but I'm back! The end of last semester kept me very busy paper writing and reading... And also my motivation to maintain my blog was a little low. But I'll definitely try to do better this year of keeping up with this blog (but no promises!). But this year, I'm quite excited about the opportunities coming my way and revealing themselves to me... And I am currently on a decision on a really dope opportunity as we speak (or as you read). So hopefully that goes well! But I am definitely excited for the beginning of the semester but I am definitely expecting a busier semester this year than last. But I am excited (and taken back) how quickly the semester is starting.
Another new thing I am excited for this year and that after a long debate... I finally picked up bullet journaling. I'm doing this a little differently that what most bullet journalers are doing because I already have a planner for the school year, so this bullet journal will be for more personal information that I need to store some place. I have pictures of my bullet journal above. I'm not going to lie that beginning the journal was the most overwhelming process... After watching countless bullet journal videos, I thought I was going to be easily inspired by other journalers but was not the case. I ripped out 16 pages of the journal because when I started something, I just didn't like it. So after a while of being uninspired, I finally got inspired to decorate it... So, the beginning spread is a bit different because I started it in the middle of the week and then the next few weekly spreads are for the rest of the month! My bullet journal does not have a future log or monthly spread page just because I'm using it for more personal use rather than a planner. So there are some elements that I took from other journalers on Youtube and a few I just created for my sake. So, I hope the pictures help anyone get inspiration if they want to start journaling.
